Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase and we apologize if it is not. We would be most happy to provide only exchanges for all items purchased from us if the following conditions are met within 2 days of date of delivery:

  • You can request a return for a defective product (tear or stain) within 2 days of product delivery.
    Process - Send details via email at
    thehippystore.in@gmail.com with attachments and reason for return. We can either offer a replacement or issue store credits which can used for making future purchases.
    This is not applicable for wrong/negligent orders placed by customers. This includes requests related to fitting, size, color, or quality of the product.
  • All items must be in their original packaging with product tags intact
  • All items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in its original condition
  • Originals receipts would need to be included
  • All items would need to be purchased originally from The Hippy Store
  • All exchanges are only valid for 2 calendar days from the time you receive the original order of goods and 3xl to 5xl sizes are non acceptable to return and exchange.
  • Refunds are not acceptable for any reason only exchanges are possible that too 1 time for sending return back to us.
  • Only exchange of sizes of same design of same product is possible.

If none of the above conditions are met, we regret to inform that we are unable to process any claims for exchanges or refund regardless that the items have been mailed back to us.

Sales item are non-exchangeable nor refundable in our portal.

Courier Returns:

Courier Returns occur when the order is undelivered and marked as Return to Origin (RTO). Please find below the potential reasons for the order being marked as RTO.

  • Customer Unavailability
  • Incomplete Address
  • COD Amount Not Ready
  • Future Delivery Requested
  • Self-Pickup Requested
  • Customer Refused Delivery
  • Door/Premises/Office Closed
  • Pin code Not Serviceable.

In case of wrong address, Unavailability, COD not ready, door/premise closed, pin code not serviceable, the courier gets returned to us. In such a case, as a customer, you will be required to take the following action:

Intimate us within 2 days about where would you like the product to be delivered as per your availability. We will reship the order to the new address provided by you.

If the pin code becomes unserviceable after order placement, you will be required to provide us with some other address of a nearby pin code. We will ship the courier to this new address. However, in such a case, a refund will not be possible as the manufacturing cost is already incurred. But you can write to us about the issue on thehippystore.in@gmail.com and will try to resolve the issue for you if possible.

Incorrect Address 

If the address provided by you for delivery is found to be incorrect by the courier personnel, and if an address correction is requested, you will be charged Rs. 65 + GST for correcting the address after the shipment has started travelling.

Receive the Products in damaged condition:

Despite of thorough quality checks that are done by the manufacturing and packing units, it is possible that you may receive a product that is not in the best condition. This may occur due to damages in transit or human errors.

In such cases, we offer completely free replacements. This includes misprints or quality errors. In such an unfortunate event, please write an email to us at thehippystore.in@gmail.com. Please send across pictures or a video of the damaged product showing the exact defect with the product and we will have a replacement product shipped out within 48 hours of it being authorized.

  • Broken Products Received
  • Any Similar Issue

Note: Communication of this issue must be made by you to thehippystore.in@gmail.com no later than 2 days of date of delivery.
